Subject:  Swim Session Sunday 16th March

The swim session will start at 9:45am at the Oasis Leisure Centre.  The session will focus on improving your swim stroke rather than working on your swim fitness.  However, that doesn't mean that you won't get a good work out from it! 

Session cost is £5 per person and this includes entry to the centre.
